I enjoy the Rino studio very much. What made this particular experience amazing was the guide. I had just landed from DIA and before going home to the mountains I wanted to take a yoga class. The instructor's class was a perfect mix of stretching out sore-traveled muscles as well as a pretty challenging flow. I LOVED how frequently she used the Sanskrit vocabulary! She projected her voice when we needed energy and she grounded her voice when the flow called for calm! I adore my core power yoga classes!!!

Robyn was absolutely great . This was my second time taking her body sculpt class and she definitely one of the best instructors I’ve ever taken . She’s knowledgeable, has great energy, good music and cues perfectly. Will definitely be a regular now .

I really enjoy Core Power classes. I would love on 6:00 am class on Monday and Friday's. It is disappointing there are no Classes at this time.
