the instructors tailor the classes so that you can do the difficult postures/sculpt excercises or do modifications.
I feel the classes are also exactly what they are explained to be.
Our sculpt instructor at Uptown, Yvonne, is great. Each class is a little different with add-ons and new challenges.
Highly recommend.
I really like that there are different class levels. I'm a total beginner so its nice to have options!
Just started going, but the classes are great and the staff are super friendly! I love that there are multiple locations. I feel that the classes push me but I also feel free to adjust the moves if I need to.
The teacher Anna C was so great at welcoming me on my first class. The class had great energy throughout.

I absolutely love everything about it..practicing yoga at core power has changed my life. I am overwhelmed with gratitude for the opportunity to become the person yoga makes me.. I love the instructors. Clearly well-trained. They connect and motivate, and cue very well. I also like how CorePower programs the different workouts and the QC that goes into keeping a level of consistency in all studios.

Stephanie kindly greeted my friends and I:) she was our instructor for our first free week and she was amazing! She answered all our questions and we had a blast at our first class with her. Also Miriam, another instructor.. she was incredible. Had very soothing energy and still had us sweating during her 6am class. I can’t wait to attend again!
