I appreciate so much the recent upgrades to the studio and restrooms. Looks very nice and cleaner.
Capitol Hill continues to be one of the strongest studios in the CorePower network, and that comes down to the people. Camryn has built something genuinely special here.
Hayden, Camryn, Bella, Michael, and Laney remain a remarkable core group. They don’t just teach sequences, they think about them. Each class feels intentional and creative. That kind of artistry is rare and worth protecting.
Two newer additions, Carina and Isaiah, are already standouts. Their sequences have beautiful flow and clear technical intelligence. This studio is lucky to have them, and I’d love to see them on the schedule more often.
Yoga Sculpt is popular, but the C2 vinyasa teachers here are what build lasting loyalty. I hope CorePower continues to invest in this group with competitive pay and real support.
As an early riser, the 7:30am C2 class ending at 8:30am makes it difficult to get to work on time. A 7:15am start would make a real difference. An additional 6:00am (Tuesday) C2 slot during the week would be even better. Right now the 6:00am option only appears on Fridays. Adding it one or two more mornings would open the door for a lot of people who want a serious practice before the day starts.
This studio has an exceptional team. The early morning scheduling adjustments would help more students get in the door to experience it.

I love the teachers and the variety of classes. The instructors are so kind and you can pick your challenges. I love it.
I like the convenience to where I live. I like the times of class availability. I liked the enthusiasm of the instructors.
It would be nice, however if the rooms that were not a hot class were able to be cooled down before a general yoga sculpt class.
Other than that, I appreciate the cleanliness and enthusiasm of the instructors and fellow patrons.

Restrooms are worn down, this has been happening for several years, getting very tired. Lockers locking mechanisms, hinges, and clothes hooks are missing and broken. Shower faucets are broken and often out of service. Time for some meaningful maintenance.

The class size was very good. The teacher was absolutely amazing. I haven’t done Yoga in couple years and this was every good way to come back to yoga ☺️
I love the studio, the consistency of class formats, and assists. Teachers are all so friendly and helpful!
Great workout. Studio could use a deep clean and replace or organize the weight station but the quality of the workout was great.
