Hello! I absolutely love going to CorePower, it’s one of the things I look forward to the most during the week. Special shoutout to Claire for her awesome yoga sculpt class and Gigi for her incredible C2, both classes have really helped me challenge myself and I’ve gotten so much out of them.
I loved the yoga flow and how the instructor told us about how each pose benefits the body & your health. 10/10 amazing class!

Orange County studios are where I first started to take CorePower classes and I feel they set the gold standard in terms of instruction and class offerings. I would love to see other CorePower regions adopt the same -- ex, my home studio in Fair Oaks could match Fashion Island's at least in terms of the number of classes offered. That would probably draw in a lot more new members as well and I'd value my existing membership more and never consider where I should cancel to go elsewhere AND I'd probably be in the studio more (taking classes) which would make me want to shop more being exposed to the studio's retail more often.

I took the 7 PM Yoga sculpt class on Monday At River North and the instructor, Erika was fantastic! She was upbeat and fun and it’s a tough workout.
I love the variety of classes as it gives me a physical workout, but also a mental space for self care!
Olga Abadi is a great teacher, great class and really knowledgeable.

I love CorePower Hinsdale and La Grange. The environment is positive and uplifting and all the instructors are amazing and kind. My favorite go to instructor was/is Lauren Dem. I started doing yoga in Lauren’s class right before the pandemic hit and she helped saved me in time without even knowing it. I put her right up there with my AA sponsor in my recovery journey. Lauren didn’t know it at the time, but I was at my rock bottom - getting sober, going through a rough divorce and having to lay off hundreds of people while fighting to keep my business from going bankrupt during Covid. I now consider myself recovered and I am filled with gratitude daily for the good people of the world like Lauren. Lauren and the other teachers there are changing lives. Just an awesome place so happy I found yoga. Thank you for creating the space for healing and growth! Forever grateful

The teacher was amazing. She was extremely welcoming since I said it was my first time back to Core Power in a while. She went above and beyond to help me adjust infromation on my account that was incorrect. Then she was extremely encouraging during the practice and was attentive to each and everyone one of us. After she checked back in not just with me but all my fellow students to ensure we enjoyed our practice.

Hope is an amazing yoga instructor. Not only does she have her own beautiful practice, she is fantastic at guiding you through your own. She also really pays attention to her students and has an innate sense for what they need. Today, I took Hope's C2 class this morning and was finally able to focus my mind after several weeks of stress and not sleeping - at the end, during savasana, she could tell my emotions were finally leaking out, and she came over and gently pressed my shoulders down to relax and then rubbed my temples for a moment. It was such a small but kind gesture, and turned around my entire demeanor. She lifted off my shoulders a weight that I had been carrying for weeks, and I wish I could thank you sufficiently.
