I love the CP in OPRF! The teachers are all great and the expanding number of classes and times has also been great! I would still love if they did themed classes like the CP's in the city do, it would be a fun switch up.
Also, I have one small complaint.... The studios get pretty dirty between classes it seems... like the mirrors have big streaks and sweat marks and the floors in the studios dont feel or look like they always get swept between classes which is gross when you walk in and hair and stuff gets stuck to your feet and mat.
I love the energy at the Palo Alto location! Edna keeps the place clean and in order and her classes and others are amazing!!!

The instructor is what makes the class. Other yoga studios' instructors follow the same script for each class. Once you've been to it twice, it's too boring to go back. I love that core power has the best instructors, changing class formats all of which makes me want to attend as many classes as possible all the time!!

Only took 1 class which was hot yoga, and I loved it. Love that it is for all levels and pose modifications are not only available BUT encouraged throughout the class. I had been wanting to try hot yoga for a while as I had a shoulder injury that both the heat and poses of hot yoga will help. I will make hot yoga a regular practice of ny healthy lifestyle. Everything - The studio is very clean, the instructors are always super kind and friendly and make an effort to connect with you. The classes have variety and are unique depending on the instructor. There are all different types of bodies and fitness and it's a very positive culture.

My favorite thing about CorePower is the variety of sculpt classes that are offered. I love Naomi's class because of the amount of cardio as well as strength training in the workout. I have gained a lot of endurance and strength since I have been doing her class regularly. The other classes are good too and it's nice to have a variety but hers is the toughest and best in my opinion.
I also like the variety of C2 classes and instructors. I learn something new all the time and it is never boring.
My first yoga studio was Wilmington yoga in Wilmington, NC. I haven’t taken a class there yet can name four instructors I worked with, they were that unique and good. Until Broomfield I could only name one at each studio in between.
Great schedule. Really enjoyed the Sculpt and C2 teachers.
