The new PF studio is very nice. The studios are well sized and I like the infrared heating. The arrangement of the restrooms, showers and changing room is also an improvement (for a little more privacy.) I look forward to many classes there.
I also like the flexibility (no pun intended) to attend other studios and the number and variation of classes is a strength of CorePower. Lastly, all the instructors I have had are excellent.
I love the instructors, especially Mareen. She’s all about form, and she knows exactly how to guide my practice to help me push myself while listening to my body. I especially love her Core Restore class. I wish there were more Core Restore classes available during the week. I also wish they would occasionally offer a 90-minute Core Restore class.
I enjoy the great instructors and variety of class times offered in a clean studio. I take mainly morning sculpt from Madison, Hannah, D’Andre,Hailey& Olivia and they each make class fun & challenging..Dani does a great job managing and staffing Hermosa! I enjoy taking her high energy evening class too when possible. Thank you!

I LOVE CPY Maple Grove! The instructors are outstanding and this moth has been exceptionally fun with so many creative class offerings. I like not having different formats together, 2 teachers teaching the same or different formats and cool themes for the classes. Sue's sculpt class was terrific on Thursday (9/17) and I rally enjoyed her leg and core combo. Sue is doing a wonderful job as the new manager. Even though the heat is out, she found a way to provide it. The CPY classes are all about heat and music and Sue is truly taking care of the community.
The C2 Skills and Drills class with Elanor is excellent, the best way to practice my techniques in a slow controlled way while also getting a good flow in. Would love to see more of these Skills and Drills classes, the 90 minute class is a great format
The trainers are excellent, and everything is always clean and well maintained. I’m very happy with the experience!

The Torrance CPY studio is a wonderful community! The vibe is welcoming and accepting and there are wonderful teachers. I enjoy practicing at CPY at a variety of locations around the US but always love coming home to my Torrance studio!
I love the smaller size of the ballston studio. Caroline O and Sydney L are the best teachers I’ve ever had, always walk out feeling like I got an incredible workout and so encouraged the entire class.
Welcoming studio and staff. Lots of class options. The remodel is nice, but the markers in the big studio are not good. Everyone is super squished, with a bunch of space at the back of the room. This girl today couldn't fit her mat in front of me. It was hanging in my space by 8-10 inches. The teacher was stepping on mats to get around cause there is literally no space between rows. Please fix! Otherwise I love this studio!
