I love Shawna’s classes! She is absolutely amazing. I love taking classes at Woodbridge because it gets nice and hot in the rooms. Some of the other studios don’t get as hot.

I like the ambiance of the rooms as well as the temp..Flow 1 was just enough flow for beginners without feeling like it was too much to keep up.

BUT, please change / remove the carpet and repair the lockers.

I love Laura V and Tierra’s classes. Wish Tierra taught at a time that I do not have to be at work. I love that the yoga rooms are large in comparison to some other CorePowerYoga studios I use. I love the free parking and the friendly atmosphere.

The C1 class was what I brought my sister to yesterday and the teacher, Angie did a great job in explaining for a first timer
I enjoyed the C1 classes a change to my regular C2 classes - smaller and cooler !!!

CorePower has helped save my life mentally and physically. Without the recommendation from a buddy, I probably wouldn't have walked through the doors. What I like most about CorePower are the people, especially at the Brentwood, TN location. Every instructor has provided me the comfort to meet my goals and listen to my body. I will continue classes at CorePower as long as I can. Thank you for everything.
