I like that there are early classes. Most teachers are very positive and focus on one or two things to improve upon. It's not overwhelming that way. Most teachers teach to different kinds of learners. Everyone pushes themselves, but works at their own fitness level.
I loved my experience here! The only thing I would change is the parking situation, but I understand how difficult that is, and the staff was so wonderful and helpful especially with parking questions!
Beautiful studio with excellent yoga instructors. I would like it if there was a consistent 1200 CSX class followed by a C1, C1.5 or C2 class at 1 pm, 1:30 or 2. My coworkers agree that we would attend frequently

Loved the candlelight C2 class. I liked how much bigger the rooms are in this studio than Mueller, and I appreciated having adequate space between students to fully stretch and practice.

Felicia was an incredible instructor. Her class was challenging, but felt safe and comfortable. The class had a great flow and it was easy to understand what accomodations I should make to care for my body and the injuries I've sustained from sports in the past. I'm excited to take another class from her; I signed up immediately!
The facility was clean and had all the amenities I needed.
The carpet outside the studio’s which captures all the participants sweat and street dirt. Hardly anywhere outside of an old fashioned hippie orgy are we fortunate enough to have that quantity of body fluid available for everyone to experience.
My first class at the Bellevue Core Power was so energizing! I appreciated Kelly B's expertise, pace and the environment that she created. The heat was also perfect which ensured that I had a really complete workout and a calming yoga experience.

Madison's class was one of the most challenging- yet rewarding and uplifting!- fitness classes I've taken. I felt encouraged and accomplished, even when I had to eventually put my weights down for a bit :) Madison's cues were clear to follow and the class flow was great- time went by as I enjoyed the music. Can't wait to attend another!
