Positive energy!
The teacher was great, Cues were amazing.
Only problem is downside parking is not easy and we have to pay for it.
The instructors are fantastic and the studios are nice and large. I like that it it a good balance of all of the Core Power offerings but would love to see more HPF classes! I am coming back to my practice after a 15 year break and everyone at this studio has been so welcoming and encouraging.

The instructors are kind, caring and always challenging. I'm greeted by the most pleasant humans, no doubt that they are happy to be there and enjoy what they do. I leave better than when I arrive, every time.
Ling was AMAZING!!! I really got a great workout and the music was fantastic PLUS Ling is just an all around rock star!!!

Elyse is such an amazing coach! Her sculpt class is so unique and fun, there’s no workout in Miami like it. I’m obsessed!!!!!

For a college student, who, like many, is on a budget, coming to a studio class is such a luxury. The community flow class is perfect for many who are just starting out and cannot commit to the lifestyle financially. Beyond this, the class is challenging, yet I feel so supported by the instructor and fellow students. I am simultaneously held accountable for my hard work and feel comfortable taking modifications and small breaks. Thank you for the classes!

Corepower La Mesa was clean, inviting and well worth my drive from North Park. Ricki was super friendly at check in and she actually made me shed a tear at the end of class with her positive message and wonderful music playlist for class. Will recommend everyone to take her 6pm class at La Mesa :)

Great location. This feels like what other corepower locations should aspire to be. Easy parking, clean all around, nice showers, amazing instructors. More HPF classes please!

I went to a class with my sister here and had such a nice experience! Everyone was very nice, everything was very clean, the instructor was great, and it was a tough class that was a great workout.
The workout style is great, it feels like a cleanse afterwards.
