The C2 class had a flow that lasted the entire class, and focused a lot on using breathwork with the poses. It was amazing
I had such a fun time during this yoga class. The instructor was animated while also showing us the fundamentals in each move to make sure our form was good. Time went by quickly and I got an excellent workout. I always feel so much better after I leave a yoga class here thank you!!!

I absolutely love CorePower Yoga! This is the first workout that I’ve actually genuinely enjoyed. Every workout is challenging in the best way, and I can already see results. Good instructors, hard workout but really good
All the instructors are so nice and knowledgeable. They all make everyone feel comfortable, no matter what your level of experience or abilities are. Very reassuring especially when you're very new to the practice.
It was amazing. Every instructor was helpful in their own way by hyping up members and releasing possible pent up energy. Definitely an experience i look forward to having again.

I love how the staff treats everyone, they are very kind and flexible. One time I was running late (unexpected traffic) and they let me in which was so kind and gracious, I love this studio!
