The staff was amazing!! Everyone I spoke with was super nice and helpful! I love that the theaters aren't crowded with tight seating. While the chairs are comfy, the mechanism is super loud and one chair can be heard by the entire theater. The chairs also seem to have superficial damage on the head and butt rests.

This is my favorite movie theater. Whenever a new movie comes out that I want to see in person, I first check to see if it is playing in the AmStar/Santikos. Comfortable and snacks are affordable. The facility is clean and the staff are courteous and helpful. Fun experience.

My sister and I went to see Downton Abbey Grand Finale and from the time we walked in we felt like royalty. We were personally escorted to our seats and our escort even reclined our seats for us. It was wonderful!

The pizza there was amazing!!! The seats were comfortable. The theater was clean and the staff were really courteous. It was great to see an officer posted inside as well.

Easy to access, friendly service. Our 4-person group consisted of one person with blindness and one in a wheelchair. We were able to order tickets for the wheelchair aisle, and the audio description equipment was readily available and worked perfectly. Much appreciated.
