Always a great time at Santikos. Great seats, cold beer and tasty popcorn. I’d love to see Palladium get the self dispensing popcorn like Embassy.

Everything! The theaters are clean and seats are comfortable. The staff is always welcoming and I love the Santikos rewards program. My family and I won't go anywhere else but Santikos. I only wish that the Bijou was still around, really miss the operas and ballets.

I like the new look.
Theater 9 was comfortable.
Our Philly beef sandwich with fries was delicious and thanks for bringing it to us as the movie was starting and we didn't want to miss a second of it.
I like access to popcorn refills.
Employees were friendly, keep it up.

Embassy theater is like our small hometown theater to us. We don't ever go anywhere else. Pop corn is fresh, bathrooms are clean and the staff are polite.

I had a question and your customer service folks call me right away. Nobody has a human call anymore!
