Santikos is our favorite movie chain. Palladium and Casa Blanca are our favorite. Theaters are clean, staff is friendly, popcorn is usually fresh.

Once Justin taught me how to use the app properly…it was super easy to purchase tickets and award the correct points. Taylor again assisted me and my daughter she is always pleasant.

I always have very good customer experiences there. I hate the ticket service fees though so now I either buy the tickets at the register when I arrive or I decide not to go. $4 is too much for an online service fee.

The service fee sometimes keeps me from going to the movies.

I love this theater. I also love that you changed the dress code for your employees. They seemed to really love that they can wear ANY movie tshirt now!
