The new seats are nice!
The employees were so nice and the theater so comfortable and clean
It was an amazing experience having our birthday party in the private 300 room. All of our guests were super impressed that we had our own room and we could also keep the teenagers contained ! We loved that we could use our Bluetooth to have our own music and have the tv channels changed to what we wanted also. The only think I’d suggest is to somehow lower the room temp, as it got a little warm in there and it was pretty inconvenient having our guests have to walk ALL the way to concessions to choose their drinks. Also was super frustrating that my party host couldn’t order extra pizzas for our party - she told me I had to order at concessions and when I received them, they were TOO SMALL! Supposedly I was supposed to say “party sized “ pizzas. Other than that, it was a great party room. The kids had tons of fun.
The theaters are clean, staff is friendly and the seats are comfortable.
It is overall very pleasant, I love the seats and the Santikos mission. Your selection of movies is awesome. I am glad you have many Fathom Events and religious shows.
However, you could improve your menu to make it more edgy like EVO or Alamo Drafthouse.
You are also to puritanical in your alchol serving proceesses. Compared to EVO you treat me like a child.

The prices of popcorn is ridiculous and the fact that you no longer have small cups for sharing a huge drink and small holders for sharing popcorn is maddening.

The seating is like being at home, amazeballs....the staff, from the ticket window to the popcorn-cleaning warriors, are always pleasurable, professional and considerate. My family and I attend Grand 14 every Friday afternoon….it’s almost like “Cheers” “NORM!” because the staff remember us and are warm, welcoming and happy to see us.

It’s a beautiful theatre! Good choices at the concession stands too! And the admission fees are great on Mondays, Tuesdays and movies before 5pm. They do need to put new material on seats in the middle of the theatre that are used the most.
I love going to the movies! Its my escape! I love a good RomCom or Suspense/Drama with some romance involved. A good heartfelt movie is also fabulous.

Michael had everything set up when we got there and was very accommodating throughout our time at the theater. There were no delays with the food, drinks and snacks and everyone we invited had a great time. We have no complaints.
THE SEATS ARE VERY COMFY AND ADJUSTABLE. THE SOUND OF THE MOVIE PROJECTION IS WELL DESIGNED.
I love going to this movie theater for the self-serve popcorn/drinks and the great seats!
