I like the friendly staff who always welcome you. The people are organized. Management is involved and listen to our needs, The facility is clean. The staff in the back grill do their best even when it is really busy. Those at the bar are friendly even when there are challenges by the patrons. I feel safe with the Security always in place. Some of the big screen seating need to be redone due to torn seats and bad cup holders. Need more adult sweets.
The ease of getting tickets and the clean theater.
The young lady at the front door/ticket scanner is EXCELLENT. I watch c her assist an elderly customer and she did it with patience and kindness.

Good movie and service from concession.
We always have a great experience at Santikos' theater. This last visit, buying the tickets was very simple and getting popcorn and pop was just as easy. The line started to back up a bit and the general manager stepped in and started taking care of customers. He waited on us and did a great job :) The bathrooms are always clean and fresh smelling (it makes a difference) and the theater was clean as always. Sound and picture quality was great.

I love the redesign of the concession area. And, wow, when other fast food restaurants are removing their self service drinks, you ADD that AND add self service popcorn! Santikos is a part of what makes living in Panama City so great!

The movie experience was great. Casablanca could use the automatic popcorn dispensers like Silverado and Palladium. Had to wait in line forever for a popcorn refill. Overall good experience.

Amazing clean, good food and great experience
The manager that helped us and greeted us was very polite and friendly. We were the first to arrive before the theater opened up. She came to the front door and explained that doors open at 10:30am. She did not make us feel like we were interrupting their morning routine. She made us feel welcomed and respected our time.
