The sound and visual quality are epic, the auditoriums are very clean and comfortable and the staff is very friendly.
Convenient
I’ve gone several times over the past few weeks. On the early release of Project Hail Mary the movie never started but I was given a rain check. I think the snacks are extremely expensive and the popcorn is never hot. Friendly employees, clean facilities

Great facilities and customer service. I would recommend raising the kiosks so that the credit card slot is a little higher and easier to see. I go to the Northwest theater and it's fairly dark where the kiosks are.
The theater was great, and we got to watch a favorite classic.
I enjoy choosing my seats and paying on my phone. Really easy. Staff is nice and theatre is always clean.

I used to work for the company so I know the values the company holds for all of the San Antonio Community. I have always loved the atmosphere of any Santikos theater I went and the staff are always so nice. I hope to see my movies here more often
Everything was easy to use at the entrance when we got our tickets. The snacks were a breeze, and the movie was great. I’ve been going here since I was a kid, and I honestly don’t have any issues with them.

I like the self serve popcorn and drinks. I also like the ability to choose my seat.
It has an IMAX screen , the post-2020 renovations are nice, it’s never gross inside usually pretty clean every time I’ve gone. Staff is chill. Other customers for the most part behave.

Comfy recliner seats and many screens for movies inc IMAX. Lots of restaurants surrounding the theater for lunch or dinner.

The staff is always very friendly & helpful from the person at the door to the concession/ticket persons at the counter. I so love that discount Tuesdays are back.
