Great sound and Screening availability. I like the smaller theaters more for my child who has autism. Only recommendation would be to maybe consider replacing the seats. Some seats are torn or really worn down.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the theaters and concession areas were clean. We enjoyed the pop corn and beverage. My disappointment was that some of the theater seats showed a lot of wear. We moved a few seats away to sit on unworn or damaged seats.

The location is great. The theater does need a renovation, but that is hard to do nowadays in movie theaters. Love the reclining chairs. The rewards program is decent also.
The employees at the concession stand were so kind and welcoming. They even went out of their way to help my daughter find the posters they were giving away for free (which were located at the info desk on the other side of the auditorium).

Santikos Embassy is our #1 go to spot for movies! It makes the experience more enjoyable with the great menu options. The food is delicious, which can be delivered to you, and the recliner seats are comfortable! I also like that proceeds go back into the community so it is more than just your average movie theater. We will always be a Santikos fan!
The Customer Service, Cleanliness, Family Environment, Movie Selections, Popcorn that doe Not have a whole lot of Salt in it, and the Delicious Food Selection from what I believe has to have been prepared by a Professional Chef all Add To the Absolutely Marvelous Entertainment at the Silverado Theater!
