Guest Testimonials
Clean, nice, and comfortable chairs.
Clean.
The concession was clean and fast, no line. The employees were all super nice and made sure we were assisted with. We had a little hiccup with the movie starting but they got right on it and fixed the situation. They kept us up to date even though it only took them 5 mins to fix the issue. The theater was clean and we enjoyed our movie.
Great atmosphere, great seats, great service.
Great price
EVERYTHING
Love movies! Must say, I HATE the premade popcorn bins. I am on a salt fee diet & can no longer order popcorn with no salt
Great bar team. Excellent c u stoner, return.
You have the best nachos and popcorn out of all Greensboro movie theatre locations. The employees are Friendly and helpful and the theater is clean and comfortable.
The chairs were super comfy. No chance of not being able to see the screen from someone I'm front of you with big hair with height difference in seats. Very clean. Clear sound.
My favorite theater in San Antonio, staff is always great and all movie experiences are top notch!!!
Simple easy and had no problems!
The staff is always friendly and the theater is always clean and comfortable.
Great experience
Easy ticket purchase, clean, quiet, good recliner seats, unobtrusive but adequate illumination during movie so it's safe to move in the theater, pleasant employees - lovely
It’s just a fun, coool place. And it benefits our community!
Always clean. Great selections of snacks and drinks
The reclining chairs and the mixed drinks were great. The place is always clean. The counter service is a little slow and the theatre was a little too loud.
My favorite spot for movies
Always good food and drinks. Staff always friendly and nice. Clean and safe environment
Everything is much better after the renovation.
It's a quality price for quality products: a nice theater experience, with good food
Easy to get tickets instead of being outside and can’t hear or see.
Sound was great. The seats were comfortable, but in the past, I’ve noticed that some of the seats are starting to show signs of where the color is starting to come off of the material that the cushions are made out of other than that everything is great.
The theater is always clean and the staff is friendly. I'm glad they decided to invest in it a few years ago and update everything. I've been going for many years and the Alabaster Santikos will continue to be my go to.
Employees/cleanleness/good movie
Sit selection . Clean theater . Helpful staff .
I'm always happy with my experience at Amstar Lake Mary - the staff is friendly and approachable, the place is clean, everything works (soda machines, water fountains, restrooms, etc), the seats (which always work unlike some places with recliners) are super comfortable, the auditoriums are cool but not too cold, the screens are well lit/clear to view. Your selection of movies is on par with any and better than many.
I had my first margarita daquiri for my movie and loved it - tasty and strong but not too strong. I will definitely be trying the other flavors.
Great seats, great experience. I am so glad you all took care of the seats to make them so much better!
Conveniently located, offers a variety of entertainment plus designated days with reduced movie prices.
