As a member of the military, I hold deep respect for the national anthem and the values it represents, including sacrifice, unity, and service to our country. However, I do not believe it is necessary to play the anthem prior to a movie. Movie theaters are intended to be spaces where individuals can relax and briefly step away from the demands of daily life. While honoring the anthem is important, there is a time and place for such observance, and a movie theater does not seem to be an appropriate setting for that purpose.
We come every Tuesday for last last 3 years or more! The changes are hard for old folk like me to adjust too!! But… we are muddling through.

This location is our family's favorite. All of the employees are great and always, always very clean in every area.
I requested a refund on my daughter's ticket because she was ill and couldn't come with us. The employee who helped me was very polite and efficient.
Staff super helpful food was fast and great
The relaxing seats, the staff were very welcoming. They only think I dislike was that the seats are pretty old and I had to change to a different seat because it did not want to recline back after I came back from getting myself a drink.
Quick entry, comfortable seats, decent hotdog and Icee. I think the sound should be better for theater viewing. If the sound system could be improved, I’d recommend it. Maybe add some bass. I don’t want to feel like I’m at home but feel like I’m part of the movie watching the big screen!
Staff is friendly, theatre is clean inside the rooms and out in the lobby, service is fast.

The new drink machines were awesome! They really add to the aesthetic of the movie experience. The line was a fun way to showcase candy and blankets and such. I do miss the popcorn station though, and of course the arcade is but a distant memory now. Now that the new has been rolled in, maybe it's reasonable to consider renovating the old?
Mr. David Meissler was very thorough and apologetic, he accepted my complaint and made it right. I highly recommend him as a customer service agent.
