Always clean and great customer service. This day we went. It was raining really bad. Staff weren’t rushing us out. Lucky we were able to leave when rain slow down.

Definitely an upgrade from the Alamo draft house that used to be there. Everything was clean and very new. My family was very satisfied with the whole experience

The chairs, the theatre itself, the employees were cordial, the variety of food and drinks, the location! Westlakes is such a treasure of a movie theater!

I love the recliner seats! We live near Regal but we travel to the Grand just because of the comfy recliner seats. Not really a fan of the new drink machines. The drinks don’t tastes the best.

It was comfortable. The entire experience was easy from getting tickets to snacks and drinks. It was exactly what my son wanted to do for his birthday!

Everything was great, easy to get tickets and even ordering our food. The man at the concession stand was very helpful with using my points to put towards our snacks. Awesome service
