I love the surround sound, and I love the seats as they are comfortable and adjustable. My only grape is the popcorn that is self served as most of the time when I get a popcorn it has the texture as if it’s been sitting there for over an hour or two so it has a stale popcorn texture, almost like chewing on the foam popcorn that you stuff your packages with. Maybe only once or twice was able to get popcorn that was still warm from it just being popped. The other only grandpa I have is that the large cup is not really a large cup by the standards of most theaters. It is more of the size of a medium than a large and I’m still paying the price for a large. Having to refill my drink halfway through the movie pulls me out of the immersive experience. The prices are great. I feel like prices everywhere else has gone up a bit way too much but we are not getting anything extra for it. Thank you Santikos!

Sound is great. Some of the seating can be replaced. Food is not always hot sometimes like warm ( French fries) overall great experience.

The ease of access including buying tickets online to avoid lines, seamless and notable customer service at concessions.
The Gpx experience was top of the line and made all the better with superior reclining and heated seats.

I enjoyed the ease of purchasing my tickets from the app and then only needed to wait in line for snacks. The theater was clean and well organized.

Seats were very comfortable and was a drastic raise to seats in front of you so you had no issue seeing over somebody. Then the floors were extremely clean

I like the intimacy of the theatre lobby and the nice staff. I like the bathrooms are clean and the reclining seatis in the theatres. I like the options for snacks especially the nachos and frito pie.

We all loved the modern concession service as well as the reclining seating. It made for a wonderful birthday gathering. Great service by the personnel made it even better. 5 stars!!!
