Nice Theater. Comfortable seats!
The only problem was that the sound was WAY too loud!!!! It was actually painful during the previews! Fortunately, it was a LITLLE better during the movie itself but I left the Theater with my ears ringing.

The young man who waited on me greeted me when I approached, took my order, told me my points, gave me the option to use points, reminded me that points expire, and told me where my movie was being shown, without being asked.

Sometimes you go to the rope and you are standing there, and there are two or three open registers with cashiers, and they are all looking at you for you to choose?

Service is always great and everyone is very friendly . I do however would like to ask why is it necessary to put so much salt in the popcorn ? Salt can be added if someone wants it. I love salt too but it’s just too much . I’ve actually had to return it because there’s was so much it hurt my mouth .
Should I just ask them when we go in to make some with less ?
I like everything except the popcorn. It tastes old and dry

Being able to make my own popcorn and drinks and I absolutely love getting to use the movie kiosk to do my own tickets

A lot of the chairs are starting to break down, otherwise enjoy Santikos the most of all theaters.

I was so grateful to have a real live person to speak to over the phone. You don’t get that very often. Shannon answered all of my questions and she always followed up our phone conversations with an email.
The day of the party also went very smoothly. All in all, the overall experience was amazing!!!
Ps. A second table would have been great. One for the large pizza boxes and a second for the cake and treats.

We actually had a poor experience watching Project Hail Mary and provided that feedback via a survey. We were contacted immediately by a member of Santiko’s management regarding the issue and will see if any corrective actions are implemented.
The new drink machines were awesome! They really add to the aesthetic of the movie experience. The line was a fun way to showcase candy and blankets and such. I do miss the popcorn station though, and of course the arcade is but a distant memory now. Now that the new has been rolled in, maybe it's reasonable to consider renovating the old?
