Friendly staff and rewards
Tickets are way too expensive for a matinee, but the bathrooms are super clean and the theaters at Embassy are great. The theaters are huge, well-maintained and so comfortable.

The employees at Santikos Northwest are very attentive to the customer, explaining the ins and outs, and what knots that they can, and can’t do such as serving a beer, advise you of other information viable to the movie experience. Asking anything of them is greeted with a smile. That’s why I always go to the northwest movie theater on my days off on Monday

The new redesign looks amazing! The sound and theater experience was perfect. Even better than Palladium IMAX. My only complaint is that the concession stand seems small for the place, and it was understaffed when I watched Dune 2.
Other than that, this will now be my preferred theater!
