Large space, large theater, easy to refill drinks
The New Braunfels theater is a pleasure to go to. It is clean and friendly. The popcorn is good and the coke machines work. It is overall a great date night.

I LOVE my Palladium theater! I love the plush seating, the variety of snacks, goodies, and ICEE! I love, love, love the bar too! Santiago’s has spoiled me in my entertainment movie experience. I wish the IMAX seating was as plush as the regular theater seating. When I make my purchasing decision, I now focus on comfort when watching a movie. This is a big reason I sometimes opt not to see a movie in IMAX, FYI. Santiago’s just has the whole experience figured out! I do miss the Bijou though. The movie content that was available at that theater was excellent! I’m really hoping that same content will be available at the Palladium!

All the employees Were wonderful. They were at very attentive and assisted me without any hesitation to all my minds considering I had small kids with me

The person I purchased my ticket through didn't know what I was talking about , so I asked him to talk to a manager about the offer. He finally found out about the $5.00 military price. Then I asked about the $5.00 popcorn and $5.00 drink , well he said there was no such thing. As I was looking for my email on my phone, I asked the other lady that was next to him selling tickets she knew what I was talking about and showed your employee which button to use. I almost left but thank God one of your employees was informed about Military Mondays.
I know I'll be back on mondays to see other movies.

I love that Tuesdays have great prices! The New Braunfels Santikos has great, comfortable chairs, excellent staff, clean restrooms, and shows a good variety of movies. I had an excellent time, and I plan to return as soon as possible!
Santikos’ Mayan theater has the ultimate seating with their exclusive recliner option available throughout the most of the theater- it makes for a very comfortable viewing experience superior to the regular types of theater seating found in other Cinemas.
This is a date night staple for my husband and I. We always enjoy the amazing staff and clean, comfortable atmosphere.

This was my first time at this theater. Was invited to a sneak preview for a new movie. Wasn’t able to get the best seats for my taste, but the front row wasn’t bad. The atmosphere of the the theater was great and didn’t have too wait long at the concession stand. Great place to go see a movie, had a great time.
