I like being able to purchase my tickets online and pick the exact seats. I love the recliners, as well.

Loved the reclining seats and have never seen a heated seat option- fancy!! Very comfortable experience and the staff at the concessions as well as who guided us to our theater were so nice. Will definitely be coming back!

There are abbreviations in the center of the screen; or, the lens of the camera is dirty in cinema 4.
I almost like everything about Santikos, the friendly service, the cleanliness of the theaters and restrooms. The one thing that I don’t really like or appreciate is the checking of women’s bags the reason for that is because I noticed they don’t check every woman’s purse. It seems as though they pick and choose almost profiling. I am told the reason for checking a woman’s bag or any bag is to look for weapons which I don’t believe because men carry guns in their boots, their jackets, their jeans and a metal detector would take care of that problem. I think the reason is to check and see if people are bringing in outside food in that case my suggestion would be don’t worry about it. The majority of people are not gonna bring in outside food. All you are doing is getting people upset. Another thing y’all could do is maybe have healthier options

I have been going here for a while and drive out of the way to come here. The employees are always so friendly and your theatre has the best reclining chairs! It’s also very clean. 10/10 theatre!
