The employees are always friendly. I love being able to put my own butter on the popcorn. The seats are super comfortable and there is plenty of leg room.
Still think they should have put a bathroom closer to the theaters when they remodeled.

I like the Santiko's NW theaters because all theaters have recliners, the theaters are clean, the free refills on popcorn and drinks, and the staff are nice.
Ordering tickets on-line was very easy.
Checking with guest care services regarding my points being added to my account was very smooth. No hassles. :)
I appreciated the ease of buying tickets, the comfort of tge theatre seating and the program selection offered. I’m enticed by the Flashback Cinema program and anxious to try to take advantage of the new $5 Last Call program to see films before they leave the cinema.
It's not a great thing for the business, but it's usually pretty empty and lines are short.
Staff is friendly & professional. Theater is clean.
We enjoy military Monday!! Frozen Coke and popcorn for $5 each.....yum!!!!

The theater is always clean and the employees are courteous. We have been going there for 7 years and never had a problem.
The price of Movies as well as the clean atmosphere as well as the friendly service.
We loved the Tuesday prices. We were able to bring all three of our boys to see a movie during break. We couldn't have done that, if we went on regular priced days.
