Easy process and nice snacks
I enjoy just about everything at Paladium. However, I’m not impressed with the new app. I generally use Fandango app to check what is showing and times. I do purchase on Santikos app. But, wish we could add tickets to Apple Wallet. Also, why is Apple Pay no longer an option on new app.

Comfortable
Clean theaters and facilities, one complaint I’ve always had about seating for an imax screening is the uncomfortable closeness due to the need to have maximum capacity capabilities for screenings but my local santikos, the palladium, is able to compromise with comfortable seating and just a few less seats that some other cinema chains, which makes me much more likely to see more screening in imax format

We enjoyed the self serve popcorn and the Coca-Cola Freestyle drinks. The menu had a good selection of items. The reclining chairs are a plus. $5.99 Tuesdays are the best!
Sound was terrific, seat was comfortable, environment was comfortable. Was a great experience minus the woman next to me wearing way too much perfume.

Santikos is the hottest show in town. San Antonio’s gem. Been to several and none have disappointed. Definitely recommended! A+++
I enjoy the aesthetics of the theater. LOVE their fried pickles, best ever! Comfy chairs. I enjoyed everything the theater offers.

I love that they have a full bar and good popcorn and snacks. Getting there was rough with all the construction but new favorite theater.

My only request would be for employees to actually smile when dealing with the public who just purchased tickets to a movie.
