What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I recently shared some feedback with Amstar theater, and I truly appreciated how it was received and handled.

This is what leadership and good customer service look like—listening, communicating, and showing genuine care for both your customers and your employees.

You may not always agree with the feedback you receive, but how you respond to it says a lot about your leadership.

When people feel heard, it makes a difference.
