I enjoyed the clean atmosphere when walking in. The staff was really great! Away love the refills on pop and popcorn for my family.
We don't go to late movies, but we can usually see any movie when we want. It's not overly busy. The seats are the biggest reason. You are not sitting on top of each other. My 10yr old son says a lot of the movies are too loud, we bring him ear buffs and he is fine. Only one movie I can say the sound was loud. The snacks have all tasted good. We don't get much anymore because they cost quite a bit more than the tickets now. The seats and bathrooms have always been clean.
Great people working always and great prices on Tuesdays and Mondays. Only thing could use an upgrade is the restrooms.

The customer Ssrvice is always amazing. Friendly staff with smiles. Always ask for my phone number to apply rewards without me having to mention it. It is always a great experience and it makes for great movie dates with my daughter. Their professionalism and kindness doesn't just apply to me as the purchasing consumer, but it extends to my child and that is top notch care in my book.
My wife and I experienced a bad visit on a date where the projector went down. Frustrated and let down a second opportunity was giving from Zachary with production management. We had no issues and enjoyed the movie along with the commentary popcorn and drinks. Thank you Zach for making it right and restoring our confidence in Santikos.
Very easy to get tickets and concessions. I like the picking of your seats. Biggest thing I like is the $5 first responder and military discount!!! Save us so much money

The theatre was fine. For the life of me I could not locate popcorn on the menu. There were so many other things on it. No big deal.
I wish the app worked better. There should be a QR to scan for if I was to purchase food it gives me points. How about making an order from the app then I could run out pick it up.
