I wanted to take a moment to provide feedback on a few aspects of my experience at Amstar Cinemas:
Seating Facility: The seating at Amstar Cinemas is top-notch. The seats are spacious, comfortable, and well-positioned, making for a relaxing and enjoyable movie experience. Whether you're watching a short film or a blockbuster, the seating comfort ensures that you can immerse yourself in the movie without any discomfort.
Sound System: The sound system in the theaters is outstanding. The audio quality is crisp and clear, with excellent surround sound that enhances the overall cinematic experience. The balance between dialogue, sound effects, and background music is perfect, truly elevating the quality of the movie viewing.
Telugu Movie Screenings on GPX: One suggestion I have is to consider screening Telugu movies in the GPX format, at least for one show during their release. The GPX screen, with its higher seating capacity, would allow more people to enjoy the film in a larger, more comfortable environment, especially given the growing popularity of Telugu cinema. This would not only cater to the Telugu-speaking audience but also attract new patrons, increasing foot traffic to Amstar Cinemas. It would be a great opportunity to serve a broader audience and further enhance the cinema's appeal.

Everything about seeing an IMAX movie at Palladium is great. The seats are fantastic, great selection of food and drinks, and the app makes it easy to buy tickets and choose seat before you arrive. Always my first choice for seeing a movie.

First of all, your survey is defective. I tried all weekend to take it and the website gave me "something didn't work" errors. Now, my score for you is "5", not "10". No matter which button I click on the email you sent, your website records it as "10" and the "Change My Score" button is locked.
Now, for my actual experience. Your popcorn buckets leak. I got "butter" flavoring all over my favorite shirt, which doesn't wash out and costed $30 to replace. Don't expect me to buy popcorn again.
Also, I understand you have to show the movies that the most people want to see, but there's at least one person - me - who is going to fewer movies because of your selections. You fill up your theaters with horror and Christian films - neither of which I like - and you either:
* pass on films I want to see, or
* schedule them at inconvenient times (afternoons or late evening), or
* inconvenient places (I live between Westlakes and Casa Blanca - the other theaters are too far away), or
* show them for just a week (I only have one free evening per week).
I don't like the convenience fee added when purchasing tickets online. There are no other people other than me in purchasing the tickets. But, when purchasing tickets the tickets at the theater, then there is added time and convenience to the purchasing process, especially when there is a long line. I don't understand the convenience fee.

Everything— the staff were very friendly and helpful, the auditorium was nice and clean, and the atmosphere is always welcoming. I’m not from Macon, but I travel to come to Amstar 16 because of the wonderful experiences I’ve had.
