It was easy. Preordering tix enabled me to skip the line! The employee a lady at the concession stand asked about my memebership and entered us into the system. This was for a smaller order. Before that a gentleman served us with a much larger order and did not inquire about our number so we missed out on those. Also it’s not freezing in there anymore.
I like that the theater is clean and offers the same variety of concessions as the other theaters do. It's modest and just right! The bigger theaters today are great but sometimes you just want to go back to an old fashioned style theater without all the bells and whistles. Northwest is perfect for that. Staff is always polite and friendly.

Clean and nice staff
1. Remodeled theater seats (we just recently started going here again after a 3 year hiatus). 2. Self-serve popcorn stations. 3. Draft beer bar.
The Northwest location is great with all the reclining chairs. My kids and I love the self serve popcorn which is always fresh and the Freestyle drink options.

It’s easy to purchase tickets. The different events within the building. I like the seating in the movies and the convenience of having food.
My experience Santikos is very close to my house and I like you can choose any drink you want. The auditorium and the restroom is clean.

The service and seating were very accommodating and relaxing.
Customer service was excellent. I needed to cancel my ticket about an hour and a half before Showtime because of an emergency at my church. Since the app is still not working correctly for Casablanca, I had to call the number and speak to someone to get the ticket canceled. The young man was very helpful and very apologetic that the app is not working correctly. I wonder when you’re going to get Casablanca added to the theaters on the app so I can start using it again.
