The people who work there are very nice and courteous. The seats lean back a little more than I would prefer based on the placing of the legs.

I like the new renovations at the Bandera location. it was also my first time trying out the happy hour. The beef quesadilla was FANTASTIC!!
There was a negative. I heard about the military monday. When I was purchasing the tickets I didn't see a button for a military discount ticket. I asked an employee who was helping people with the kiosks how do i purchase a military ticket. He told me that I couldn't. If I could a button would have popped up. So i went ahead and bought a full price ticket.
Later I called my mom( who was the person who told me about Military Monday) she told me to go talk to a manager because that was false information. I did go request to speak to the manager and he refunded my money but I am still upset that the employee didn't tell me correct information the first time.
Everyone here at NW is kind and professional. It is the same quality theatre as other Santikos'.
I feel like it's a little known decret, tucked away from the mad masses!

The staff was very friendly. The theater was comfortable.
The website showed one location but the ticket was for another. We learned this after arriving to the theater!!! We were able to purchase new tickets. Once inside, no cash sales and they were out of a couple items. We adjusted again.

You guys are great! You offer us military discounts and military Monday nights, give back to our community, and much more! What’s not to like about Santikos?! During our experiences here we enjoy a smaller crowd, recliner seats, and better prices.

Excellent theater. Clean. Parking is easy. Associates are nice. Lines at concessions move quickly. Recliner seats are exceptional. My favorite place to see a movie in the entire Lake Norman area.
