I previously had a kess than enjoyable experience at Santikos Casablanca and had the opportunity to fill out a survey. I was unexpectedly contacted via email regarding my survey. Zachary Rhiger was the individual who reached out. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the theater and pleasantly surprised at his professionalism and courtesy. He was eager to make things right and I just didn't even expect anyone to reach out.
It was enough to get me to return to Santikos. So, I very much appreciate his efforts.

Fantastic, Will say the arcade games scammed me, I won a prize and the arrow went through the cut out but the prize didnt release which i thought was sad cause it was a Switch lite i was gonna give to my wife for christmas, but besides that, Me and my beat friend has a great time
Nice theater, comfortable seats, good popcorn. Unfortunately at the first showing they were unable to make a hot pretzel; maintenance was working on oven? Whatever they cook the pretzel in so I couldn’t get one. They offered pretzel bites but that is not the same.

The theaters are always clean. The lobby area is aesthetically pleasing. The employees are engaged. Self serve popcorn!

I’ve always had a nice comfortable experience and the food has always been great!
The selection of movies and comfort of the theaters is excellent. My only complaint is how complicated and tedious it was to get a ticket and payment processed at your theater on Embassy Rd in San Antonio. Other than that issue, I've never had a problem at one of your theaters.
I like the self serve popcorn and drink stations
This is our neighborhood theater, and it’s been great watching it grow. We always have a good time there, whether we’re watching a movie, having snacks and drinks, playing games or bowling. The manager and many of the employees make an effort to treat you like family. They greet us by name, remind us to use our loyalty points, and go out of their way to ensure we have fun. And, it’s the only Santikos where we don’t have to remember to bring napkins into the restroom to avoid the blow dryers…they have paper towels.
