Clean theater, comfortable seating
We liked the entire experience...from the easy booking process all the way through to the comfy seats! The employees were very accommodating. We arrived approximately 10 minutes late, so the workers delivered our popcorn and drinks to us in the theater. We will be back!

went on a Tuesday when tickets are $5.99 & large popcorn is only $5.99; theaters are top of the line with large, wide aisles and very comfortable recliners throughout; sound was great; screen was fantastic; ability to choose seat online is a plus as I am picky about where I sit

Getting there and in to the theater was super easy…popcorn was ready and we simply gave them our drink orders and headed to the appropriate theater. Felt very streamlined!

So much to see and do. Movies, arcade, bowling, laser tag. Good food and drinks. It's like I'm in Las Vegas.

Love going to the movies at Santikos. They have great movies, popcorn (unlimited refills) and friendly staff. The seats are comfortable and reclining, yeah.

Extremely helpful with some issues we had.
My contact at the Grand Winston Salem was exceptional. She supplied all the food and drinks in a professional and efficient manner. She was well prepared and informational. Very impressed with the simplicity and preparedness of the team at the Grand. IT was so easy to have a party there and worth every penny!

This is our favorite theater. We come at least 2 times a month. We always have such a pleasant time. My 2 kids and I watch Moana last and it was great! Sad that we won’t be able to come much anymore due to losing my job. But hopefully we will be back one day.
