The Anderson location is awesome! The staff is very helpful, the lobby is well maintained, and the popcorn is always excellent. The drink machines have tons of options as well, which is a big plus over other theaters. Some of the seats are showing their wear, but the recliners are excellent for comfort.
Organized setup, smooth day, great options, good price. Only suggestion is to put party event info over door of the event auditorium to personalize it.

I always enjoy my experience at the Palladium theater. The theaters are in good condition, and the service is very efficient. I have had nothing but good experiences with Santikos theaters in general and especially the Palladium

It’s a great place to watch a movie and relax. I like that it’s on base and not just packed with random people we can go in. It’s clean, and everyone’s friendly. I like your little daiquiri Café. The food menu items are great. It’s just a great experience you know you’re going there. It’s gonna be a great time.
Love the seats and the cleanliness of the theater. There are closer theaters to me, but I chose to come to yours fur those reasons.

Confusion regarding lines for tickets
I scored high..but Santikos is not as good as it was before..only movie less than 45 minutes aw
Need to cater to seniors for food..smaller sizes..and need cash payment..you are making it easy for you and not thinking about your customers..making you easier for u and not us..
