We visit our local theater quite often and the experience is always pretty good. The only thing I would say is that when the theater rooms are cleaned out between showings, it would be nice if they showed a little more attention to this matter. I have showed up a couple times where the seats where still dirty and the row was a messy from whomever was in there previously. So making sure the floors are clean and seats are wiped down would be greatly appreciated.

We love everything about this theater. The layout means there's not a bad seat in the house. The chairs are wonderful. The screen is huge and the picture is sharp. The accoustics are great.
Easy online access to buy tickets. Good is always good. I love the popcorn and drinks are to our serving. No waiting in line for refills.
theatre was dirty, but staff was friendly
The common area especially where they serve food needs to be cleaned. Every time i go it looks a total mess. the last 5 times we have gone, we have purchased our tickets on our app and when we walk in noone is there to check to see if we even bought tickets. Basically anyone can walk in and go to the movies without buying tickets. Noone is ever up front. The only people around are the people behind the food counter.
It was really nice and clean
I like the seats, I like how comfy they are but I love the speakers more, they are so loud. I remember when I saw the Batman movie back in 2022. The car chase was so exhilarating and recently I saw the new ‘how to train your Dragon’ film and watching test drive on the big screen was also so exhilarating because the speakers were loud and you felt really engaged in the film. One critique would be that the glass between the projectors sometimes get dirty or burnt and it shows on screen
