Comfy chairs and good food
I love the recliners and how close it is to our house. The only suggestions I have is some of your theaters need the reclining chairs replaced and the arcade machines are always out of order.

Great service at the ticket booth and concession stand. Chairs were the most comfortable I’ve sat in at a theater. Will be back and would definitely recommend to others for a night out.

I enjoy the movie theater. We go every week almost. We do remember to take a jacket because it's always freezing in there. The bathrooms could use a little more attention throughout the day.
The theater was very clean and everyone was very friendly.
I absolutely love what Santikos does for schools and love the ease of planning field trips. The process was simple and fast! I also have to recognize the amazing team members at Santikos Casablanca for their fast and friendly help tough out our stay! Craig was amazing and very attentive to our diverse population of students with special needs; our students look forward to these community outings and your Santikos team made it a day they will always remember.

Love the theater and staff…new app is atrocious
The staff is always courteous, friendly and helpful. The theater is always clean and welcoming.
It was an easy online ticket selection, with a simple, minimal process , and then at the theater a breeze to utilize going straight into the movie room just by showing info on phone.
Theater is clean and spacious, including restroom facility. Concession was efficient and well equipped, they even sell blankets for those in need of warmth, but forgot their's, or don't want to use personal one and could keep that on the ready in vehicle.
The Movie Rooms are kept clean between showings by a proficient and friendly crew. The seats are highly comfortable, with exceptional reclining ability,
my Grandkids & I , did a Double Feature it was a Great Experience!!!

The selected birthday package offered an assortment of benefits, while remaining cost effective. We enjoyed the variety of activities included, the accessibility to food/beverage, and the ability to have the theater to ourselves which accommodated the wide range of ages well.
One suggestion: the theater was very quiet; playing music through the sound system or visuals on the screen would have positively contributed to the party environment within the first hour in which the children ate, cut cake, etc.
The theater is close to home. The employees are friendly and courteous. The theater is clean.
