The theatre was clean. Staff was friendly. The all you can eat popcorn and drinks are a definite plus.

When theater seats were re-done Embassy became our favorite theater to go to. I must say over the years some seats are broken or not reclining properly which is frustrating.

Customer service, concessions, the theater and the film were all a wonderful experience. We drive a bit further to go to Palladium because it’s our favorite Santikos theater.

Very clean and comfortable seat and nicely built theater with every employee being so incredibly nice.
We had a fantastic time. We do not normally go to the movies so having a fun time is really important to us.

My experience was very pleasant. Every employee of the theater was very friendly and extremely helpful. I could tell the people who work there enjoy their jobs and take pleasure in helping us moviegoers.
