What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Theatre was nice and clean. Temperature was a little too cold inside the actual theatre. I consider Santikos my theatre of choice and go frequently to see movies. The one complaint that I do have is that the movies are not always listed on the website for the New Braunfels Santikos location. I do not understand why this is. In fact, I checked today for the movie, You, Me and Tuscany and it is not listed as a coming soon movie for New Braunfels. It is listed for Cibolo but not New Braunfels. There have been times in the past where a particular movie has not been listed on-line as showing at the New Braunfels location but it was showing. Our group, who wanted to see it, missed going because it was not listed and we thought it was no longer showing. Disappointed to say the least. I told the people behind the counter about it. They seemed surprised but I doubt that anything was done or checked.

Overall great experience but it's a bit over the top that I couldn't buy the smaller sized popcorn tub without buying a drink combo, and I was buying a Gatorade but that didn't help. So I ended up buying the drink combo and just throwing away the drink cup. Sour experience.

My recent experience was amazing. I was able to get there in ample time to get my food and refreshments. The imax theatre was clean and kept at a decent temperature. would highly suggest this place to anyone
