The theater is usually very cold but it felt quite nice last night. There was a group of teenagers that talked very loud during the entire screening.

Had issues with the picture quality of a movie. The manager, Mr. McManus reached out to me and showed real concern on my issue and advised that it would be resolved. I just want to thank him and I’m looking forward to going to the movies again!

The ease of buying tickets. Assigned seating has been great, especially if it is a big opening movie. It is nice to know that we will be able to sit together. The service at the concessions is always friendly and helpful.

While seating on a bench waiting for my food to be ready, a Santikos employee walked by and ask me what I am waiting for. She reminded me to check my phone to see if my food was ready and my food was ready. Thank you!
