Theatre was nice and the sound was awesome. The service at the bar and concession was excellent. Popcorn was fresh. My only concern was that the seat was torn and scratching me from over use of the recliner. The plastic that was rubbing the back of my leg was uncomfortable but I just didn’t recline it, although I paid for it.

I love the IMAX format for movies. Music in The Odyssey was SOOOO loud that conversations between the characters couldn't be heard. I can't wait for it to be streaming so that I can watch again and hear what was said. Other IMAX movies have not been this way. I will continue to see IMAX movies.
Everyone was super nice! Than man at the concession stand was very nice and helpful! He told me his name but I forgot! The girl checking my ticket was friendly!

How clean the theater was
Theater was very clean. Employees were all very nice and attentive.
This movie theater is the best in town, the reclining seats and the way the theater is spaced out is great! Now that the popcorn machines are on the outer area of the counter accessing popcorn is so easier, especially for a refill. The Santikos app os great and I love how quickly you earn points that apply towards free purchases at the theater.

Would like little tables to set down snacks like some theatres have, but overall love this theatre

I love my Galaxy theater- the movie experience is exactly what I want and what I expect from Santikos. The seats are comfortable and the pretzels are delicious!
