The comfort of the seats & popcorn
My experience with movie night is always a great experience. From the first encounter with ticket sales to the customer service desk. To the polite and friendly concession employees. Even after our movie the clean up crew is there ready to wish us a good day and take our empty popcorn buckets. We love our whole experience at Santikos!
Theater was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and I like how comfortable the chairs are.
Clean theaters, great snack bar choices too. My family will continue to visit Santikos Northwest.

Always clean and great customer service. Only thing I was disappointed with was that I was not able to purchase tickets thru the app. Tried different forms of payment didn’t go thru. Inconvenience having to go there to buy them.
Always a great experience. Myself and my family have never had a bad experience there. The theater is always clean and the snacks are fresh. Also the staff is top notch.

I love the Casa Blanca location.... super easy to park. The easy touchscreen to purchase tickets. The multiple drink machines provides fast self service and more than one drink stations that are spacious.

Adam has given a timely response was very friendly and concerned with my opinion. He been very helpful thru out the week. He has shown why he's a Production Manager.
We were able to see a movie we really wanted to see and at a time that was not too busy. Having rewards have us slightly discounted concessions as well.

Getting tickets from the kiosk is easy. Cashier staff sometimes seems like they hate their job tho. Fairly quick ticket times. Overall food is pretty good.
