Love the group energy and encouragement from the coaches. The classes are challenging (in a good way!) and push me beyond what I would do on my own.
It would be great if we could integrate more musical themes into the class rotations, for example: a disco day, 80s throwback, ABBA hits, etc. For me, the class music plays a big role in mood and motivation. When the music is not fun and upbeat, I definitely feel a difference.

I’d like to know more about the theory of orange theory. What do all the numbers and colors mean? Why is a hiit workout good for you? Is it dangerous to be in the red zone? What are the ideal data?
I don’t know what I’m doing a lot of the time. And if I’m doing it correctly, and with proper form. Might be helpful to have an additional coach in the room who walks around adjusting form, answering questions, explaining how to do things.
I wish the coaches shared motivational sayings/stories to get you going, instead of repeating the same things. Would be inspiring and a good distraction.
I can’t see the screen when I’m in the middle of the room.
The room seems too crowded sometimes. Not sure where to stand, stretch on the floor, afraid I might bump into someone.
What are the benefits of the rowing machine? How do I know if I’m going it correctly?

The workouts are fantastic. They are great variety on every station, rowing running. lifting, you never get bored. The coaches really care about you and your progress. They give great advice on everything, from form to what you need to work on personally. OrangeTheory coaches care about your progress and are truly invested in your success. You can choose goals that work for you and the goals change as you progress and get stronger. I have made amazing friends at OrangeTheory. It is more than a workout.

I enjoy that the workout incorporates all elements such as cardio and strength training. It's hard to find a full body workout in one class.
The coaches all have different personalities and are motivating…the classes change up regularly, so you stay engaged and wanting to come back.
Love the challenges and benchmarks and the front desk staff is very involved, gets to know you and celebrates milestones with you.
Also, love how clean the facility is
I like the fact that it incorporates cardio, at your own pace, and strength in intervals in one class. Anyone can do anything for a minute or 8 reps at a time, right? The hour goes really fast. I especially like the strength class. Being told what to do and when actually helps me push myself but I feel comfortable working out at a lower intensity if that's how I'm feeling that day. And the staff at the Lincoln Square location are really, really friendly and helpful.
I love all the 5am coaches!! The 5am group is awesome and keeps me coming ba k!
