I have neck and shoulder issues and Nicole did a fabulous job on helping with that area. I walked out with no painand very relaxed.
The person working in the front was very nice, professional, and updated me about my appointment without me needing to ask, she was also quick to send information as promised after dealing with some technical issues. My massage therapist listened to what I needed and targeted those areas with skill. Her ability to work through my tight areas resulted in me signing up for monthly massages on the spot. So happy I decided to give Elements a try!
