As always, the studio was calm and relaxing, and Chrissie's expert massage really helped put my body back on track. My elements appointment is always a highlight of my month!
Sarah offered a very nice relaxing massage, the only negative was the room was cool and her hands were cold and every time she put massage lotion/balm on her hands, they cooled down again. I never really warmed up.
For a chain, you have the best people working there!!! I have tried other chains in the past but have never had such a great massage! Tom and LiLi are the BEST!!
