Great desk staff. Clean facilities.

Dean is an amazing massage therapist - and my favorite since I began going to the Elements Massage on Arco St., Cary, NC several years ago. The only problem now is he books so fast it's getting more difficult to get onto his books. I wish he had more days so that it would be easier to book with him.

Although it's not a full spa which is my preference, the location is convenient for me, as well as the membership program. Just hoping the prices don't go up again anytime soon!

I'm happy you added facials last year, although the types of facial and related services are limited. I really wish microdermabrasion was offered instead of, or in addition to dermaplaning which are not the same thing. I have to go elsewhere for that service.

Majority of the staff are pretty good and friendly.

The front of the house staff were so kind and welcoming. Also, gave me a first time discount that I was unaware of. And the actual facial was wonderful. She took her time asking my concerns and explaining the treatment. I would definitely return!

You are always greet with such warmth by the staff and therapist. Its an atmosphere of peace and tranquility and cleanliness. When your massage is over you never walk out the way you walked in you out with peace and relaxation. Ive been coming over 10 years and i really feel the love. Thankyou.

Consistently seeing the same therapist has improved upon my experience. I have to book months out to ensure I get to see my person though. Which is tough when I have a flare up and can't be seen by him due to tight scheduling. I wish everyone had 1 opening a day for an emergency call in.

I was recommended a therapist here for my chronic pain, and she did not disappoint. She listened, she was kind, helpful, and very knowledgable. I appreciated her education, experience, conversations, and expecailly the great massage. I will go back!

The owner is amazing. All the staff I have interacted with have been absolutely incredible. Everyone is always in a great mood and they work with whatever you are dealing with. Each therapist tailors sessions to exactly what you need. Special shoutout to Ellie. I've had many massages over the years from many therapists but her style is out of this world. I felt myself slipping into another universe during my time with her. She hit every single knot in my shoulders and back and I left feeling brand new. Will be seeing her moving forward without a doubt. Thank you to the entire team at Elements! (Also, the monthly membership is awesome).
