I have had several facials and many massages over the years. Doctors recommended the massages. I have tried different massage therapists, and every one has been wonderful. Each one is different, but excellent. They are even offering stretching now, and I am interested in that. I am 74. I can tell you this is helping me stay flexible, pain-free, and relaxed. The facials are excellent as well. Friends have asked what I am doing to look younger. Bottom line, I highly recommend Elements Massage for whatever your needs are. Don't wait until you are aching. Crystal did a great job keeping the pressure exactly how I prefer it- not super hard but definitely firm enough to make a difference. I am retuning for a second massage from her soon.

I recently enjoyed a relaxing 60-minute massage experience at Elements' Newburyport studio. The experience was further enhanced with Eucalyptus aromatherapy which is great this time of year for allergy season. My therapist, Rose, did a great job in treating my back and shoulder pain to loosen some knots that I had in my muscles. Her massage regimen is awesome and relaxing. Truly an awesome experience!

It’s a nice spa like setting, but not overwhelmingly so. The staff is fantastic! I’ve been able to find two or three massage therapists that I really like so if one is not available, I have other other options. I have one therapist that does myofacial work on me and another one that I see for relaxation massages.

Noel was amazing. She really focused on the areas that needed most attention and made me feel very relaxed through the entire experience. That was the best massage I’ve ever had! Will definitely be back.

I had a lot of knots in my back and Donna really worked on them. She's very good and very nice!

From the first phone call to my check-out experience, everyone at Elements was wonderful. They were kind, informative, not pushy at all for massage add-ons. I felt respected by my massage therapist, Ian, who was conscientious of keeping me well covered throughout my service. The spa space was welcoming, uncluttered, and very comfortable. My massage was with Mr. Linewood at the Frisco location, and it was by far the best massage I’ve ever had. He worked on all the high stress spots and used the pressure needed. He called my slight scoliosis without me mentioning it and he did asked to do stretches I’ve never had before and truly needed. He was amazing and I can’t recommend him enough! Book with him asap!
Also lovely facility and great front desk staff as well! Give them a visit!
