I’m so glad someone from Massage Elements reached out after I gave a mediocre rating on the follow up email regarding my massage. I didn’t provide details other than a lower rating, but because they called me directly to inquire for more details, I was able to be more specific on the unsatisfactory experience. I am not one to complain for every bad experience, if I think it’s unlikely to change. In this case I was just not going to book the same person again, as I’d had good experiences with other therapists at previous appts. What was very surprising was that after listening to me, the person seemed to understand what I was describing, validated my feelings, and offered a free massage with a recommendation of a different therapist that she thought would meet the needs I was trying to explain. This felt very personalized and makes the money I spend for the membership more worth it, even if I don’t make an appt every month (busy). Also, in the end I felt like the new MT was excellent. This is important because I was hesitant to book with another male therapist before that. Kyle immediately made me feel relaxed the second his hands touch my head, had a great flow, and he gave great explanations when working on problem areas that will definitely help in future sessions. I’m extremely pleased with how this all turned out. Also, while I declined the free birthday add-on this last time, they let me try out one hot stone during my session so I could see if it would be beneficial for a full session in the future. Kyle explained the use so well and it did feel nice, so I might add it on during my next relaxation centered massage, and definitely during a session where I’m experiencing acute flare ups of a muscle problem I have.

I’m am able to get last minute appointments when I need them. This is really important to me and my schedule.

A really wonderful place. Cameron is a miracle worker, undoing shoddy work that caused injuries from other cut rate massages. I moved to Layton, but still make the drive in. Totally worth it.

Elements massage is always my go too for ultimate relaxation. Emma was amazing and I will always highly recommend both!

You know how when you’re getting a massage and you feel sad that they’re moving on to a new section of your body? Every time she moved on, I was immediately delighted by the change. I’ve had a lot of tightness lately, and she found exactly what I needed to soothe that tension.
My only regret was that I was only in there for an hour.
