They work on the problem spots such as back and shoulder tightness, and remember whose problem spots from the last session. They personalize the massage to the individuals specific needs.

The front desk is always very kind and welcoming. I go to Sam for my massages and I keep coming back as he does an amazing job. I always feel great after and he helps focus on my pain areas. Overall wonderful experience.

What do you like about your experience?

I saw Victor for the 1st time and what an experience. I have never had a massage like that. I am a therapist and use manual therapy myself, Victor mixed massage with myofascial work in ways that were like a choreographed dance. Was amazingly healing for my back that had been in spasm for a week.

Office staff is pleasant. Sitting area is calming. The masseuse does a wonderful job working out my sore muscles and stiff joints. My body needs once a month in order to live with less daily pain.

Thankfully Elements gave me a very nice massage due to a previous negative experience. I was told the staff had changed and that the other staff were no longer working for Elements on Lincoln. I will now continue to use their services.
