Clean, professional, explained what was happening and benefits, explained benefits of products and made educated recommendations, great atmosphere-very relaxing.
Thos was the first time at an Elements, that the masseuse actually listened to my needs and didn't talk my ear off in the process. It seems like either they're quiet but do their own thing or talk incessantly, when I really want to relax.

My husband and I have regularly been going to Elements for massages and, most recently, a facial for me. Sharon is who we see and she is wonderful. She always addresses any aches, pains, stiffness and muscle tension, along with a full body massage. We always leave feeling more mobile and relaxed. The receptionists are very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!
