This was my first visit with Olga. She was professional, and she listened to my needs and concerns. She is intuitive and sensitive to the body. She does an amazing deep tissue massage. I thoroughly enjoyed my 90 minutes. I have rescheduled with her for my next couple of visits. I highly recommend her. She's the Best!!! :) Paula Stevenson

Your staff were very friendly and polite. The waiting room was nice & had lemon water. The membership program was kindly encouraged, which I decided I needed to do. The room was cozy & quiet, but Alena, my therapist, was so wonderful! She was so kind and professional.
She was very informative, as I was probably asking too many questions. She knew exactly when to use gentle pressure or a firmer one. She encouraged me to drink more water because my muscles showed that I was dehydrated. I know my health will improve with her assistance!

Powerful massage and nice conversation
Crystal is SPECTACULAR! She always finds spots I don’t even know need attention. I struggle with chronic pain & 2 hrs with her is a necessity to keep me moving. For me massage is mandatory & not a luxury, I wish everyone understood how important it is to care for your body in this way. I’ve seen Crystal consistently for last 5+ years , she’s always just known exactly what I need, always checks in with me before, during & after & is so helpful with recommendations on what I need to work on moving forward & stretching. I value her knowledge , professionalism & kindness. I recommend her & Elements to everyone I meet!!

Relaxing massage, yet worked out my kinks
The massage itself was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had—very skilled, therapeutic, and effective. However, my session was cut short, which was disappointing and made me feel a bit cheated. My appointment was scheduled from 1:00–3:00 pm for a full two-hour massage. I was on the table at 1:09 pm, which should have taken the session to about 3:09 pm, but instead it ended at 2:55 pm.
I do have another session scheduled with him and I truly hope this does not happen again, because the quality of the massage itself was excellent.

Everyone who works here was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The space was really nice and relaxing inside. My massage therapist did a great job, listened carefully, and made sure all my needs were addressed. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this place.

very nice and capable massage therapist, quiet environment
I have had a lot of massages in my life, and this was my first time with Darci S. She was incredible. It was obvious she is in tune with what she does. I am so grateful my wife gave me her appointment.

Things have improved quite a bit in the past 6 months. The spa is clean. Staff are friendly and the massage therapists seem to be more consistent in tenure.
Michele was an absolute gem. She listened carefully to the issues I was having and she addressed them with care. Her pressure was perfect in all the right areas and I left feeling completely rejuvenated.
