James always listens to my needs and suggests good stretches and lifestyle changes to help with my aches. He is great with deep pressures, which I often need, and he is also great with educating me about how muscles are interconnected. I have been getting massages from him for over a year now due to my chronic arthritis and tendonitis, and I highly recommend him.
