Everyone is very helpful and friendly. I have not had a bad massage or facial at Elements. The therapists are very knowledgeable and good at their jobs. They will adjust the massage to what is going on in your body and apply pressure according to your instructions. You are in control as much as you want to be. Very happy with all my massages, facials and therapists.

I love the options. Have been going to elements for years.

However was not thrilled with my massage therapist. I will not have him again, I believe he was falling asleep during my massage so some areas were not really massaged.
