Stephanie and front desk staff are top notched! Professional and friendly- Stephanie is one of the best masseuse for her deep tissue techniques and ability to heal pains especially neck, shoulder and arms. She is also so nice and cares. I feel very comfortable coming to your spa. The gift cards specials are a plus. The membership is also good but it needs more incentive like adding enhancement or trial services for cupping, etc. This will allow members to try other services that you offer. Cleanliness is also appreciated. Thank you for providing a safe, relaxing and healing spa.

Everything. The young lady at the desk was beyond personable, kind & friendly & Bianca who gave me my massage was exceptional & also very, very kind.
I love my Therapist Jay is amazing. However, with the price increase and the fact I come religiously every other week for the last 2 years has made me re think my membership. There wasn’t really much notice either. I spend around 3000 a year there. And though Jay is worth every penny, it’s not cost effective.
Jeanna is Amazing , I enjoy so much her magic touch... I had never had a facial as good as the one she gives... it is worth it to buy a membership to get her treatment every month. I strongly recommend her.

Fantastic, Jeremy was able to get this knot that has been present for about 3-4 years. I've tried other therapists, but I can actually feel the knot is gone. Will absolutely be returning.
