I enjoy the relaxing nature of the Hanover location. The staff is wonderful when greeting you at being of your massage. They offer the important things like bathroom and water. Gene B is amazing! He is great a listening toy needs for the day. I feel so much better walking out of Elements than walking in and I wouldn't change anything.

I came in on Friday 3/29/24 I had Elian for message first time
I had a severe issue in my right arm and had not been able to use my arm the entire week, it was severely painful and effected my work, sleep and everyday live. I had seen a physical therapist and was assured that the injury was not a tear in the muscle or ligaments
Elian was very focused on my description on the issue and were my pain was located, she was able to work out the muscles releasing the pinched nerves that were causing this severe pain that effect my entire arm. She did an amazing job, she suggested techniques to release the pain, and truly listen to my concerns and body language to work the entire hour on my shoulder, neck and other effected areas. She provided a list of stretches and recommendations for me as well.
I woke up Saturday morning with full function of my arm!

Elements Massage never disappoints! I had an amazing 90 minute hot stone massage with Angela. I went in with a really big knot in my neck and limited range of motion. Now 2 days later my neck is still feeling great and I have full range of motion in my neck again. Thank you Angela!!
