I have never had a bad massage at any elements location! I started in the former San Marcos location. Then I went to Oceanside and now I’m in South Carlsbad.
I’ve been getting a massage about once a month for 7 or 8 years. My work is very physical so I like how the therapists I’ve seen over the years are excellent at deep tissue or sports or trigger point massage. I always feel put back together afterwards.
Jeremy listened to me, did what I asked, was efficient, and adjusted things so the massage was best suited for me

Pleasant front desk staff. Tess, the massage therapist, is pleasant and willing to listen to your needs, is patient, supplies comfort measures like support for the knees, neck, or head, and asks what kind of pressure would be appropriate for the person. Tess has a good listening ear and converses appropriately with the client.
