Helen is wonderful. She does somethings slightly different, that I enjoy. Towards the end of the massage she uses a hot towel over my extremities - its relaxing and also awakening. As an aside, Paul, is great! Paul does raki on my feet at the begining of the session - it sets me up for relaxation - I can feel my shoulders untighten. Rich has a technique, that is different from anyone else. At the end of the session, my posture is significanly improved. John also does a wonderful massage, with excelnt post massage tips. You are only better with anyone of the staff at Elements!
Staff is friendly and professional. The therapist that I work with has been helpful with suggestions on what to do between sessions and adjusts well to being able to work on what is most bothering me that day or if I'm not having any current issues is able to just do a general relaxing massage.

Riah was amazing! Truly was an experience to remember and to tell others to come be a part of . Right was very respectful and professional. I had been in lots of pain for the last month prior to visiting Riah and took all my shoulder tension away. I also asked for cupping and she reassure that was the best option for my situation! She was VERY knowledgeable! I was able to turn my head equally and almost see behind me, which was a huge improvement. Prior to visiting I was only able to keep my head forward as it was in so much pain. I still feel like I was on a cloud (meaning so light, relaxed and carefree) since last week. I truly recommend Riah as she will leave you feeling like new! Thanks again so much, one of the best experiences Ive ever experienced. I'm not a very trusting person when it comes to people touching my body, but rest assured she was the best person to work with. Wishing you the best and may your business continue to expand!

Eliza my massage therapist listened to my concerns and addressed them professionally during the massage. I found her very knowledgeable very warm hearted. The lobby was elegant and the front staff were friendly and helpful.
Absolutely wonderful. Everyone was great. I did a 90 minute hot stone with Siliva . I was so relaxed and she did an amazing job getting by neck knots out.
I highly recommend them. I hope to be back soon.

It was easy to book and understand what services were offered! When I arrived I was greeted quickly and was offered a refreshment while waiting. My masseuse was extremely knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. All wonderful service for a wonderful price!

Scheduling and check in is done with a friendly and knowledgeable staff, both in person and over the phone. From the time you first step into the facility, you are embraced with a nice calm zen. The massage rooms continue this vibe and finally- the massage therapists are experts in their field and work well with you to make the most of your massage time and help you to gain exactly what you want from your massage experience.

Not only was my masseuse amazing, but the staff as a whole was extremely accommodating when my directions took me to the wrong spot and I was a couple of minutes late to my appointment. They still gave me my full session time and were very sweet about it. Thank you guys!
