I’ve had a really positive experience with the Westminster location. The interactions I’ve had with the staff have been friendly, professional, and welcoming. Scheduling appointments is quick and easy online. The overall atmosphere is relaxing and well-run, and I always leave feeling taken care of.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendliest staff members. My 90-minute massage was heavenly. I can't wait to book my next one.

Massage therapist always checks to see if I have any areas of that need more of her attention and she always applies the right amount of pressure to ease the pain and tension in my sore muscles.

Jessica did an amazing job and helped resolve a long-standing issue I've had with bursitis in my right hip which has been impacting my running. The day afer I was in to see Jessica, there was a bit of soreness that remained, and now in the week since my visit the soreness has only continued to fade, and this morning there was no trace remaining of the bursa pain on my 6 mile run. So grateful!

You all know I am a big fan of Elements and have been for some time now. I don't think we will ever replace Claire but Mike is awful close. Mike listens to your needs and delivers everytime. It is very obvious to me that Elements is well managed and takes care of their employees.

Lars was excellent. He is not afraid to go as deep as needed but knows the body well enough to know when to ease up. The front desk staff are always welcoming.

I like how kind the staff is the moment you walk through the door. They are very easy to work with and they are also eager to please. The best part of my experience is the 90 minute massage that is focused on the parts of my body that need it the most. I highly recommend Marisa Carter she is by far one of the best!!
