Personalized and relaxing
Chris is wonderful, attentive, a great listener and communicator, working out tough tension spots in a way I didn’t even know it’s possible. I came in with neck muscle spasms and his combination technique made all the difference. I didn’t realize how tight my body was until the session was over. My two day migraine disappeared later at night the day I saw him.
I wish I could afford to see him ever week.

I always receive a great massage at Elements, whether it's an hour or a 90 minute massage. My husband and I also enjoy the option of getting a couples massage. Although these are hard to book because they fill up quickly. Just know you have to book way in advance if you want to do that. I like that you can purchase gift cards too. I also like their membership format. Your money is never lost. The front office is always friendly too.
