Jaimie was amazing! She was very attentive and intuitive making sure to communicate with me and address my problem areas. Her technique is very effective and key to my positive health journey. I have seen a distinct decrease in my stress levels, my muscles are not as stiff, my neck pain is gone and most of all the monthly (sometimes bi-monthly) visits have made a positive impact on my health. Incorporating massage sessions into my regular routine has been a real game changer. Additionally I have had a great experience with Anthony and Kevin. The overall atmosphere is wonderful and their massage therapist are truly well skilled.
The massage was excellent. My masseuse made sure to customize the session to specific areas of tension and avoid / tread lightly around a lower back injury. Very much enjoyed, and I will be back soon!
