CJ was incredible! I was visiting Boulder and was having an issue with my shoulder and my fingers going numb while I slept. I came to see CJ and got instant relief; I even came back 2 days later before I left. I had been seeing a chiropractor and all kind of body workers prior to seeing CJ. I am having no issue with shoulder anymore thanks to him. He is really communicative, knowledgeable and it’s not the regular run of the mill Massage- it feels like physical therapy meets a massage!

I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage for pain. I definitely felt more relaxed and less pain afterward. The therapist kept me covered and warm.

Massage customization to personal needs each time
I have had nothing but phenomenal experiences every time I have gone to elements massage. At the most recent visit, I got a facial. They have also offered several upgrades at no cost when they first initially offer it, and I have tried multiple new options that are a new part of my monthly routine. Everyone is so friendly and very professional. I have already recommended several friends and family members, and would recommend this to anyone looking for a monthly self-care option that doesn’t break the bank.
Best place to have a massage especially if you have any aches and pains. Laura is awesome! Just tell her where it hurts and she knows exactly what to do. I've been going to Elements for over 10 years and every therapist has been wonderful ☺️

Jess is very knowledgeable in her craft and reading your body’s problem areas. Then uses a combination of massage and stretching to work out the knots.
