I had a 90-minute deep-tissue massage with Cody. Cody is fantastic! From the moment you arrive, the Elements Massage staff are welcoming, and the atmosphere is calm, clean, and relaxing. Cody is professional, attentive, and flexible when it comes to adjusting pressure and focusing on specific areas of concern. Cody really listens to your needs and makes sure you’re comfortable throughout the session. I highly recommend Cody if you’re looking for an excellent massage experience!

There were no hidden surprizes; all fees were clearly explained to me. The masseuse was very good, he checked with me several times about the technique he was using. I felt comfortable, he was very respectful.

I want to give a big thank you to Master Therapist Elaine! I came in with a really tight lower back from a herniated disc that had flared up. On top of the back pain, my hip flexors, psoas, glutes, quads and hamstrings had been picking up the slack for a couple of weeks and everything was locked up.
Elaine clearly knows her stuff. She understood how all of that was connected and how one tight area was pulling on the others. She worked the tightness out of my lower back with massage and cupping, then helped stretch out my hips and glutes so the muscles carrying the extra load could finally let go.
I walked in at about a 6 out of 10 on the pain scale and walked out after just one hour at a 1 or 2. I know one session isn't a cure, but the relief was huge and much needed. If you're recovering from a back injury like mine, I'd definitely recommend adding a session with Elaine to your routine. I'll be back!
