I have been seeing Alex/Xander for months now. I always feel as though my problem areas are targeted with a focus of relaxation. I always leave in a healthier body and mindset than I walked in the with. Im given suggestions for future visits, along with helpful tips and tricks that I can do at home. Xander also has an authentic caring personality. I couldn't recommend more!
Everything. The candy in the lobby, the super friendly and nice receptionists, But most of all the professional, friendly and excellent massage I get from Regina. I have fibromyalgia and she knows how to make me feel better so I can keep doing things that I like to do.

I got the membership a few months ago. I have been extremely happy with the services (massage and facial). They are very open with the service charges, what I want to add to them, and how their products work. They answer all my questions and make sure I get a great experience. I have had different staff members providing the services throughout this time. I have been very happy with all of them! I recommend this company and staff. They all are amazing!

I had a great experience on my first visit to Elements Massage. I needed a massage for back/neck pain, and my request for an appointment was last-minute, but they were able to fit me in. Tameka was a great therapist, knew exactly where my pain was, and focused on that area and my entire body to jumpstart my healing and recovery. I highly recommend Elements and look forward to returning.

My therapist, Kam, was the best I’ve ever experienced. I’ve had many massages over the years. He provided deep tissue but it was not painful. He knew all of the areas that were tight and hurting without any prompting. I left feeling relaxed and didn’t experience any numbness in my hands that night or the next which is a very rare occurrence. Deepest relaxation I’ve felt in years.
