I am always greeted by the lovely Front Desk staff. They are so friendly and check me in quickly.
My very favorite therapist is Becky Whitmore. She is amazing. She intuitively works where I need it most, helping so much with old injuries. The relief lasts for days. She also has had some great suggestions for stretches to help support in between sessions. She also has a lovely sense of humor. She is the best and I see her regularly.
Even though I moved out of tge neighborhood, I always go to the Desert Ridge location because of the quality and friendliness.

This was my first professional massage, and it exceeded my expectations! The staff was welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. My massage therapist listened to my concerns and focused on my back, shoulders, and legs, which were very tense from my work as a caregiver. I left feeling incredibly relaxed, refreshed, and much lighter. It was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Elements massage in Bellmore is a beautiful facility. This place is terrific. The Massage therapists are very caring, experienced and knowledgeable in their field.

Carla is incredible. She really knows and understands the body. I have an injury from birth and she handles it with such care. I am someone who struggles to turn off my brain and can’t relax during a service. With Carla- my body is at peace. I cannot sing her praises enough.
