The Elements massage therapists are wonderful. I have been a member since they opened and highly recommend them to family and friends. I have a monthly appointment with Asa, who is top notch. She listens to her clients and keeps notes about problem areas that she refer to at the beginning of my visit. Also, the facility is very clean and everyone is so friendly.
The masseuse was excellent! Very skilled with her hands, and knowledgeable about what stretches I can do to be more flexible. The facility was clean, and inviting. And the music is easy to listen to.

Adela was wonderful. This was my second time seeing her, I really enjoy how detail oriented she is, she make sure to get every aspect that you request and is very in tune with making sure that she does not miss anything on your expectations. She is not timid around certain areas of the body as some therapist even during a full body have missed feet or other areas, etc. she goes very in depth in each area And make sure that there’s nothing else you are hoping for.
The therapists always listen to what I want, I always leave feeling so relaxed. Especially now as someone who weight trains, these massages help cut my soreness in half!

Elements in Harrisburg is a calm and welcoming space for a relaxing massage. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Several levels of massage provide the range to choose your need.
Jamie asked me at the beginning of the service about what I needed and she accommodated all of my requests. I have not felt this good in about a year. She did an excellent job.

Availability
First time at Elements and I will be back. I booked with Omari last minute and he is an incredible massage therapist. I had some pretty severe upper back pain that he focused on and each day I can feel my muscles relax more and more. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful as well. A great experience overall!
