Christina is a very talented therapist, and my time with her is the highlight of each month. I always feel great afterward. The place is always friendly and thoughtful. It’s just hard to have to get up so quickly once it is over, but I might fall asleep, so I guess it is a good idea to get moving again.

Carrie was great and listened to what I needed and also let me talk her ear off. The massage felt amazing, didn’t fix my problem but the Dr thinks I broke my back, so a massage wouldn’t fix that.
The staff are welcoming and helpful. The atmosphere is pleasant and the massage I receive from Reggie is always excellent.

I have been going to Elements/Lynnwood off and on for several years and it has always been a very good experience. I've had 3 different massage therapists over the years and they have all been great. The front desk people are also extremely kind, friendly and professional. I highly recommend getting a massage at Elements.

This brand new studio is so bright and beautiful! And they really know what "customer service" means...I've gone to many massage studios and they are a notch above. I've had a facial from Makayla and it was soooo good. My massage with Nicole was so relaxing, I almost fell asleep! I am so excited to be a member and get my self care every month!

Annalise always does an amazing job. I feel like she really works on my back and yet, I never feel sore afterward. She has a fantastic ability to make me feel so much better. And the atmosphere is always on point. I prefer quiet sessions so I can feel very relaxed and Annalise provides that environment.
